1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Salon Me (salonme.in) web platform, mobile web app, booking appointments, or registering a salon profile, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our platform.
2. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to arrive promptly for scheduled appointments. If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes without notifying the salon, the salon reserves the right to release the slot to walk-in patrons.
3. Salon Partner Obligations & KYC
All salons on the platform must hold valid trade licenses, GSTIN registrations where applicable, and maintain certified sanitation protocols. False listings or unverified claims will result in immediate suspension by Platform Administration.
4. Referral Program Abuse
Promotional referral credits (₹700 for Salon Partners, ₹400 for Customers) are non-transferable, non-convertible to physical cash, and intended strictly for platform fee offsets and appointment discounts. Any self-referral or fraudulent multi-account activity will result in forfeiture of points and account termination.
