1. Instant 1-Click Cancellation
Customers can cancel eligible upcoming appointments directly from their My Bookings dashboard. The refund calculation will be computed instantly according to the timeline above.
2. Refund Processing Speed
Online UPI / Card refunds are processed back to the original source payment method within 2 to 4 business days. Promotional wallet credits used on cancelled bookings are returned immediately to your promotional wallet balance.
3. Reversal of Loyalty Points
If loyalty points were provisionally earned on a booking that is subsequently cancelled or refunded, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your digital loyalty pass balance.
