Salon Me (salonme.in) collects information that you provide when you register, book appointments, or participate in the loyalty/referral programs. This includes your name, phone number, email address, physical address (for home services), and appointment transaction history.
2. How We Protect Salon CRM Data
Each partner salon's customer records, notes, and CRM segments are logically isolated. We never sell, rent, or cross-market your personal visit history between non-affiliated salons.
3. Promotional Communications & WhatsApp Consent
By booking an appointment or creating an account, you consent to receive appointment confirmation slips, reminder notifications, and automated care sequences via SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app alerts. You can opt out at any time from your customer profile.
4. Payment Security
Salon Me does not store raw credit card numbers or UPI MPINs on our servers. All online transactions are processed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment gateways.
